From your first visit to your ongoing treatment plan — here is what to expect when you become a patient at Njoi Health.
1
Choose Your Service
Explore the care options and determine which area best fits your needs. Njoi Health offers personalized care across women's hormone health, men's hormone health, medical weight management, thyroid health, peptide therapy, and personalized lab evaluation.
Provide your medical history, current concerns, medications, and health goals through our secure patient platform. This information helps your provider prepare for your consultation and ensures your appointment time is focused on your care.
3
Meet With Your Provider
Have a personalized telehealth consultation from the comfort of your home. Your provider will review your concerns, medical history, medications, relevant laboratory information, and health goals before discussing appropriate treatment options.
Your provider may order laboratory testing based on your individual clinical needs. Not every patient requires testing before their first appointment — in some cases, your provider may meet with you first and determine which testing is appropriate afterward.
If you have recent laboratory results from another provider within the last 6 months, you may be able to submit them for review. Your provider will determine whether they are appropriate for your care.
Laboratory testing is billed separately from Njoi Health's clinical care fees.
5
Receive Your Personalized Plan
If treatment is appropriate, your provider will develop an individualized plan based on your symptoms, history, goals, and clinical findings. This may include ordering laboratory testing, reviewing existing results, starting or adjusting treatment when clinically appropriate, sending prescriptions to the pharmacy, or recommending lifestyle and wellness strategies.
Not every patient will be a candidate for every treatment or medication. All treatment decisions are made by a licensed healthcare provider based on your individual clinical circumstances.
6
Continue Your Care
Follow-up care allows us to monitor your progress, review relevant laboratory results, and make clinically appropriate adjustments over time. Follow-up frequency is individualized — it depends on your treatment, response to therapy, laboratory results, and clinical needs.
Patients beginning or adjusting treatment may require more frequent follow-up, while stable patients may have visits at longer intervals when clinically appropriate.
