Your follow-up frequency is individualized. Patients beginning or adjusting treatment may need more frequent visits, while stable patients may have longer intervals when clinically appropriate.
Membership does not include unlimited visits or unlimited messaging. Secure messaging is for brief care-related questions and does not replace a scheduled medical visit.
Lab testing is billed separately when ordered. Your provider will discuss any lab needs with you during your visit.
Medication costs are separate from Njoi Health clinical fees. Patients pay the dispensing pharmacy directly.
